1500 cards are currently being finalized with customized printing for delivery for Pilot Projects toVtron Co. Ltd for the Korean Government Welfare/Disabled Card Pilot Project and other companies, which will be detailed in an 8K providing the payment and other details upon delivery.   

Letters of Intent (LOI) for Purchase Orders for an aggregate of 2,454,000 "I AM"™ Cards have been signed with the following companies — all of which are dependent upon the implementation and successful completion of Pilot Programs, and the dates of delivery are currently under negotiation.

On February 3rd the Company filed an 8K with the SEC announcing Purchase Orders for an aggregate of 90,000 "I AM"™ Cards, RF Super Smart™ Cards and RF Combi Cards for the following Companies in Seoul, South Korea.

Bluentech Co., Ltd., a communication and device company of Seoul, South Korea, on January 30, 2009 for Ten (10,000) Thousand "I AM"™ Card, for Thirty (30,000) Thousand Korean Won per card. There is no fixed date of delivery.

Cobalt Ray Co., Ltd., a payment services company of Seoul, South Korea, on January 29, 2009 for Ten (10,000) Thousand RF Super Smart™ Cards and Ten (10,000) Thousand RF Combi Cards each for Thirty (30,000) Thousand Korean Won per card. Delivery is required on or before August 31, 2009.

Harmonytech Co., Ltd., a system integration and data processing company of Seoul, South Korea, on January 29, 2009 for Twenty (20,000) Thousand RF Combi Cards for 30,000 Korean Won per card. Delivery is required on or before August 31, 2009.

U-Smart Tech, Inc., a system integration company of Seoul, South Korea, on January 30, 2009 for Forty (40,000) Thousand "I AM"™ Card, for 40,000 Korean Won per card. There is no fixed date of delivery.

Though the above LOI's and Purchase Orders have been signed and received, the C Company can make no assurance or guarantee that any or all of the above Letters of Intent or  Purchase Orders will be consummated or the product ordered delivered.

CeBIT Show

During the week of March 3, 2009, the Company was an exhibitor at the CeBIT 2009 in Hanover, Germany. CeBIT is a premier biometric card show and event, attended by many of the leading makers of biometric cards in the world today.  A video and photos of e-Smart's booth and Marketing Team in action at the show will be posted on the Company's website.

CeBIT 2009 sparks new optimism

CeBIT 2009 got off to a powerful start and ended on a successful note, boosting optimism in the world ICT industry

A majority of the 4,300 companies from 69 countries drew fresh optimism from being here at CeBIT. A huge number of exhibitors and visitors are now leaving Hannover with a renewed sense of buoyancy as well as bulging order books and a solid foundation for new business. The show had lived up to their expectations.

Webciety
The new Webciety area featured business-oriented Web applications and business models. This new concept was a real success, and has broadened the appeal of CeBIT in the corporate sector. Half of all Webciety exhibitors have already confirmed they will be back next year.


green IT
In green IT World, exhibitors from international big business demonstrated that the deployment of green technologies can result in significant reductions in corporate cost structures.


eHealth
The TeleHealth congress and expo featured the use of IT solutions in the health care sector, while exhibitors at Public Sector Parc presented solutions for greater efficiency in public administration.


Security
Security World featured discussion and debate among leading experts on the future challenges in IT security.

Mobility
The new generation of smart phones, netbooks and navigation systems highlighted future trends for the mobile Internet.

 

Also during the week of March 3, 2009 at  IC Card World (ICCW)  the Company  demonstrated our latest "I AM"™ technology and product  with the Toppan Group.

Smart cards and RFID that vitalize the city and business

"IC CARD WORLD" is the biggest exhibition in Japan, showcasing products and equipment related to smart cards, now widely used in various fields such as transport, security and public administration and an essential infrastructure for daily lives and business. This 11th year will present 55 companies and organizations. The participants will be able to actually experience various possibilities of the smart card - from usage that is already known such as electronic money represented by "Suica" and credit settlement through to ID cards for employees and students as well as in office security. This comprehensive exhibition will offer a business opportunity to communicate with 160,000 users in different industry sectors including the Distribution industry.
