The Commerce Department has classified the Super Smart Card™ under export control classification number 5A992, which provides broad authority to the Company to export its product to most countries in the world. Under this classification, the product is restricted from export to only a few terrorist countries such as N. Korea, Syria, Sudan, Iran, Cuba and Iraq, and is free to be exported to all other countries.
