e-Smart® Technologies Enters Into Cooperation Agreement to Provide Biometric Smartcard System in Turkey

Las Vegas, Dec 20, 2004 /PRNewswire— e-Smart® Technologies, Inc., (OTC Pink Sheets: ESMT), a leader in biometric smartcard technology, announced today that it recently entered into a Cooperation Agreement with two companies with the goal of providing e-Smart®Õs Biometric Verification Security System (BVS2ª) and Super Smartcardª as a City Smart Card and government smartcard in Turkey, including a National ID Card. The two companies are Olcsan Cad, an information technology provider in Istanbul, and Daewoo International Corporation, a Korean multi-industry company.
